AS OF JULY 1, 2008, RETURNS WILL NOT BE GRANTED - YOU WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT TO USE TOWARD ANYTHING IN THE STORE. THIS CREDIT MUST BE USED WITHIN 90 DAYS. We do not get reimbursed by the vendor therefore we must have this policy. If you have an exchange, please insure your return package and mail to:

items not in stock

After you have placed your order, our customer service representatives will process your order. If an item you have ordered is out of stock or sold out, you will be notified by email. All other items in stock will be shipped.

cancellations/changes

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please send an email to jen@crybabymaternity.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

If you need an order quickly, email us at info@crybabymaternity.com after the order has been placed. We will do everything we can to get it to you ASAP for an extra charge.
